In most cases, trapping a lost or stray cat will not be easy! You may find the kitty in need is untrusting and can run a little faster than you. 😉 When practicing TNVR and attempting to trap a kitty, safety should be your top concern. Please first be aware of your surroundings to find any potential dangers such as traffic conditions, feral animals, suspicious activity, sharp objects, etc.

- Please do not use traps that are meant for animals other than cats
- Catching a cat with your bare hands is just asking to get hurt!
- Handling a feral cat can be dangerous
- DIY traps may work great but please call for help if you need help safely transporting!
